What we provide

Everpaw Studio creates a personalised oil-painting-style portrait from photographs you supply, delivered as a digital file and, optionally, as a printed canvas.

The photographs you upload

By uploading a photograph you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that any person shown in it consents to its use for this purpose. Do not upload photographs of other people without their agreement. We may decline any order containing unlawful, offensive or infringing content.

Rights in your portrait

You own the portrait we create for you and may print, display and share it for personal use. You may not resell it or use it commercially without our written agreement. We retain the right to use anonymised examples of our own generated artwork for marketing, and never your uploaded photographs.

Nature of the artwork

Portraits are produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence. Each result is unique and interpretative. We show you a free preview before purchase so you can judge it yourself.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes at checkout and may change without notice. Orders are confirmed only once payment is received.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
