Refund policy

Digital files. Because your portrait is created for you the moment you order, digital downloads are not returnable once delivered. You always see a free preview of the exact artwork before paying, so nothing is bought unseen.

Printed pieces. If your canvas arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund it in full, at no cost to you. Photographs of the issue help us act faster.

If the likeness is wrong. If your portrait does not recognisably resemble the photographs you supplied, tell us. We will regenerate it free of charge, or refund you.

UK and EU customers. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Note that the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your personal specification, or to digital content you have agreed to receive immediately.
